Device and method for stretching a cloth, in particular BE2019 / 5191 an advertising cloth The invention relates to a device for stretching a cloth, in particular an advertising cloth. The invention also relates to an assembly of the above-mentioned device according to the invention and a cloth, in particular an advertising cloth, wherein the cloth is stretched by the device. The invention further relates to a kit of parts for forming at least a part of the device according to the invention, comprising: at least one frame part, at least one clamping profile and at least one first pressing element. The invention furthermore relates to a method for stretching a cloth, in particular by using the device according to the invention. Devices for tensioning (advertising) canvases in a frame are known in many embodiments. The requirements which such a device for clamping a cloth must meet depend, inter alia, on the intended use and the specifications of the cloth. Devices for outdoor applications (outdoor) are generally subject to different requirements than devices for indoor applications (indoor). Devices that are primarily designed for outdoor use are usually provided with a relatively rigid (advertising) cloth, usually made of PVC, which can hardly be stretched. Such cloths are often relatively strong and weather resistant. In order to stretch such cloths, the cloths are generally provided at a peripheral zone with eyelets in which hooks or similar locking elements can be fitted for clamping the cloth. Tensioning a fabric in this way is laborious and time consuming. Moreover, the known device consists of a large number of parts, which is less advantageous from an economic and logistical point of view. In addition, the eyes and the associated hooks or similar locking elements remain visible, which is often undesirable from an aesthetic point of view, and as a result of which the eyes and hooks (or similar locking elements) are continuously exposed to weather influences, which affects the life of these components. BE2019 / 5191 An object of the invention is to provide an improved device for stretching a cloth, in particular a recie cloth. The invention provides for this purpose a device for stretching a cloth, in particular a recie cloth, comprising a frame built up of several frame parts, and at least one clamping profile, each clamping profile having at least one access opening and at least one on the at least one access opening encloses adjoining receiving space for receiving at least a part of the cloth to be tensioned, in particular a peripheral edge of the cloth to be tensioned, wherein each clamping profile is hingedly (pivotally) connected to at least one frame part, such that the clamping profile is movable between a first state, in which at least a part of the cloth can be arranged in the receiving space, and a second state, arranged for clamping at least a part of the cloth, wherein the at least one access opening enclosed by the clamping profile first state is closer to an other frame portion than in the second state nd, and at least one first urging element co-acting with at least one clamping profile adapted for urging the clamping profile towards the second position, wherein the urging element also co-acts with the frame part connected to the clamping profile. Preferably, in the first position, the access opening of the clamping profile is located at a greater distance from the frame part connected to the clamping profile than in the second position, in particular if the frame part is located outside the clamping profile. By means of the device according to the invention, a (promotional) cloth can be stretched in a relatively quick and simple manner, because fewer operations as well as less labor-intensive operations have to be performed, which offers economic advantages. Moreover, the device is correspondingly relatively simple in construction, which leads to additional economic advantage. Due to the smart mutual cooperation of the frame, the one or more clamping profiles and the one or more pressing elements, the canvas can be stretched in the device in a relatively simple manner and thereby relatively quickly. This clamping is here so strong that the device is particularly suitable for being able to be used outdoors (outdoor) in a sustainable manner. It is of course also possible to use the interior (indoor). BE2019 / 5191 Where in the previously known clamping devices the cloth to be stretched usually has to be provided with eyes in which hooks or similar locking elements can be fitted, this is no longer necessary in the device according to the invention. The provision of eyes or other types of weakening in the peripheral edge of the cloth means that there is a greater risk of damage due to tearing of the cloth, for example. Because the clamping profile encloses a receiving space in which at least a part of the cloth to be stretched can be received, the necessity of applying weakenings in the cloth has disappeared. In addition, this construction allows the peripheral edge of the fabric to disappear completely into the frame (in the second state of the clamping profile), which is not only particularly advantageous from an aesthetic point of view, but also allows the frame to - among other things against weather influences - performs a protective function for the clamping profiles and the peripheral edge of the cloth included therein, which also benefits the durability of the device and the cloth stretched therein. The cloth to be stretched by means of the device according to the invention can concern any type of cloth which is suitable, for example, as an advertising cloth, as a decorative cloth, and / or as an informative cloth. Non-limiting examples of material from which the cloth can at least partly consist are: plastic, such as polyester and / or PVC. Usually the cloth is made of a relatively stiff and hardly stretchable material. The cloth can optionally comprise several perforations in order to be permeable to wind. In a possible embodiment variant, the cloth comprises a thickened peripheral edge. The thickened peripheral edge is for instance formed by a fastening member, such as for instance a tendon. This can, for example, be a silicone tendon and / or a PVC tendon. The above examples make the fabric particularly suitable for outdoor use. However, as already indicated, it is also conceivable that the device is used for indoor applications, so that other types of cloth can of course also be used. The device is particularly suitable for stretching a relatively large fabric with a typical surface area of more than 10 m 2 and even (much) larger. The frame is usually a stationary frame. The device can for instance form part of an advertising pillar. It is also possible that the device forms part of a BE2019 / 5191 light box, whereby usually a rear side of the canvas is exposed. The frame parts for forming the frame are usually mutually connected by means of coupling profiles. The final shape of the frame can vary, but generally the frame will be polygonal, in particular triangular, quadrangular, pentagonal, hexagonal or octagonal. Other frame designs are also conceivable. The frame generally forms a frame for enclosing the clamping profiles, as well as for enclosing the cloth, the leather frame part thereby having at least one overlying frame part. The frame parts and the frame formed therefrom are usually stationary in nature. The frame parts are preferably manufactured from extrusion profiles, preferably aluminum extrusion profiles. The frame parts as well as the frame formed therefrom are generally substantially rigid. The length of the frame part can vary, but is preferably at least 10 centimeters, more preferably at least 50 centimeters, and in particular at least 100 centimeters. Lengths much larger than 100 centimeters, for example at least 200, at least 500, at least 750 or at least 1,000 centimeters, are also conceivable. The length of frame parts may be mutually identical, but may also deviate from each other, usually depending on the desired design and / or the desired dimensioning of the frame to be formed. Preferably, each end face of a frame part connects, preferably seamlessly, to an end face of an adjacent frame part. Adjoining frame parts can be in line with one another and / or mutually enclose an angle, preferably a substantially perpendicular angle. The exact orientation of the frame parts relative to each other usually depends on the desired design and / or the desired dimensioning of the frame to be formed. Usually, several, or even all, frame parts will be provided with at least one clamping profile. It is conceivable that a frame part is provided with several clamping profiles, wherein the clamping profiles are pivotally coupled to the frame part and are usually aligned with one another. The in-line clamping profiles are preferably pivotable about a common pivot axis. The clamping profiles as such are preferably also manufactured from extrusion profiles, preferably extrusion profiles manufactured from aluminum and / or plastic. It is conceivable, and possibly even advantageous, if a clamping profile has a torsional freedom in the longitudinal direction. This makes it possible with relatively long clamping profiles, with a typical length of more than 1 meter, with BE2019 / 5191 preferably more than 2 meters, or even more than 5 meters, to have a part of the clamping profile already pivot towards the second while another part of the clamping profile remains in the first position for the time being. This generally benefits the ease of installation when clamping relatively large canvases. The clamping profile and the frame part (permanently) co-operating with the clamping profile are herein mutually connected both in the first state and in the second state, as well as each intermediate state. This permanent pivotable (pivotable) connection makes it possible to use the device in any desired orientation. The frame part herein preferably comprises a thickened edge, which is preferably circular in cross-section, and the clamping profile comprises an elongated cup which is adapted to enclose the thickened edge. This creates a kind of ball joint or ball joint that allows rotation about a single pivot axis. Incidentally, it is conceivable that the clamping profile is detachably (detachably) connected to the frame part, which is advantageous if the clamping profile and / or the frame part has to be replaced. Typically, the first urging member and the frame member are also permanently connected together, in the first state, the second state, and any intermediate state. Here too it holds that the first urging element can optionally be detachably (detachably) connected to the frame part, which facilitates replacement of the first urging element. The fact that the clamping profile is hingedly connected to the frame (part) has several advantages. When the clamping profile is in the first position, the receiving space of the clamping profile is accessible for receiving a part of the cloth. This ensures that a part of the cloth, in particular a peripheral edge of the cloth, can be arranged simply and over a longer length (more than 1 meter) in the receiving space. Vice versa, removing the cloth from the receiving space of the clamping profile is also relatively simple in this first position. This therefore ensures that the installation and removal of a cloth in or from the device can take place relatively simply and quickly. After installation of a part of the cloth, in particular an edge part of the cloth, in the receiving space, the clamping can be done in a relatively efficient manner by pivoting the clamping profile over at least a part of the length of the clamping profile. in a direction away from the opposite frame part. This outward movement of the clamping profile, or at least the access opening of the clamping profile, ensures that the fabric is stretched as such. In fact, during this outward pivoting from the first position towards the second position, the effective distance between opposite edge parts of the cloth is increased, so that the cloth can be stretched relatively tightly. Pivoting the clamping profile from the first condition to the second condition is preferably realized by urging the clamping profile towards the second condition by means of at least one first urging element (or by means of several first urging elements). For this purpose, the one or more first pressing elements can be moved relative to the (associated) frame part and / or deformed, such that the clamping profile is forced towards the second position. An (increasing) tension force will hereby be built up in the first pressing element which is transferred to both the frame part and the clamping profile. It is conceivable that several first pressing elements co-operate simultaneously with the same frame part and the same clamping profile. The distance between the first urging elements can vary widely, depending on the type of urging element, but is preferably at least 10 centimeters, more preferably at least 20 centimeters, in particular at least 30 centimeters. It is also conceivable that the distance between the first urging elements is between 10 centimeters and 80 centimeters, preferably between 10 centimeters and 75 centimeters, and more preferably between 10 centimeters and 70 centimeters. For larger frames, typically with dimensions larger than 100 x 100 centimeters, a maximum of 50 centimeters is usually maintained as a gap between adjacent first urging elements. The first urging element is thus arranged for mechanically urging the clamping profile towards the second position. The first urging element can herein be designed as a spring, in particular as a compression spring or leaf spring, in order to urge the clamping profile towards the second position. However, it is usually more advantageous if the first urging element is of substantially rigid design, and is preferably designed as a substantially rigid pin (or pin). By means of a substantially rigid (rigid) element, greater (clamping) forces can be exerted on the clamping profile, so that the clamping profile can be secured in the second position relatively reliably and durably. The first pressing element is preferably adapted for direct engagement with the clamping profile. More preferably, an end face of the first urging element engages the clamping profile. Preferably, the first urging element, and more preferably a circumferential wall of the first urging element, engages directly on the frame part. The first urging element can here be located at a distance from a front side of the frame part. This distance is, for example, at least 5 centimeters, preferably at least 10 centimeters, and more preferably at least 15 centimeters. By the direct engagement, the number of required components from which the device is manufactured can be limited, which is advantageous from an economic and constructional point of view. Preferably, the first urging element is manually displaceable relative to the frame part. In case the first urging element is formed by a pin (or pin) with a substantially cylindrical body, it is advantageous to have the first urging element displaced relative to the frame part by displacing the first urging element in axial direction, preferably as a result of axial rotation of the first urging element. This can be realized, for example, in the case where the first urging element comprises an external screw thread, and wherein the external screw thread of the first pressing element is arranged for cooperation with a passage opening provided with a (complementary) internal screw thread. In this case, the first pressing element can be considered as an adjusting screw or adjusting bolt. A head end of the first pressing element remote from the clamping profile can be provided with at least one recess arranged for cooperation with a tool, such as a screwdriver or a Torx key, for allowing the first pressing element to rotate axially manually. In an embodiment variant of the device according to the invention, the clamping profile is provided with at least one engagement element adapted for, preferably direct, engagement by the first pressing element, in particular a front side of the first pressing element. The engaging element and the access opening are preferably situated on either side of a pivot axis defined by the clamping profile and the frame part. With the aforementioned embodiment variant, the clamping profile forms, as it were, a lever, as a result of which relatively little force has to be exerted by the first pressing element in order to initiate the clamping profile pushing towards the second position. BE2019 / 5191 Moreover, the force exerted on the clamping profiles by the first pressing element is exerted at a location of the clamping profile which is remote from the receiving space and the access opening connected thereto, which is generally advantageous from a practical and constructional point of view. This is particularly advantageous if a relatively large cloth has to be stretched, which can be relatively heavy due to the rigidity required for outdoor use. While the clamping profile is urged towards the second position, the direction of displacement of the first pressing element usually deviates from, possibly even completely opposite to, the direction of displacement of the access opening of the clamping profile through the hinged connection. It is conceivable that at least one frame part comprises at least one shielding element for shielding the access opening and the receiving space of the clamping profile behind it at least partially, and preferably substantially completely. The shielding element can herein define a secondary receiving space for receiving at least a part of the clamping profile, in the second position. By providing at least partial shielding of the receiving space, an improved securing of the cloth (edge) in the receiving space can be realized, whereby the cloth can be prevented from removing itself from the receiving space, for instance as a result of a gust of wind. The shielding element can also serve to protect at least the clamping profile in at least the second condition against other types of weather, such as rain or snow. The shielding element, which preferably forms an integral part of the frame part, and preferably each frame part, thereby de facto also forms a kind of blind edge, so that the clamping profiles, as well as the peripheral edge of the cloth, can be completely hidden from view, which is not only advantageous from a technical point of view, but also leads to great aesthetic advantages. The shielding element can further be designed to limit the maximum mutual displacement of the clamping profile and the frame part, in particular the maximum displacement towards the second position. The shielding element can even define the second state. It is also possible for at least one frame part to be provided with at least one E2019 / 5191 stop surface for limiting the maximum mutual displacement of the clamping profile and the frame part, preferably for limiting the displacement of the clamping profile towards the first position. It is also possible for the stop surface to be arranged for limiting the movement of the clamping profile in the second position. As already indicated, the stop surface can be formed by a shielding element of a frame part, but can also be formed by another wall part of the frame part. The maximum pivot angle of the clamping profile relative to the associated frame part is generally between 5 and 60 degrees, preferably between 10 and 45 degrees, in particular between 15 and 40 degrees. The desired maximum pivot angle depends, for example, on the specifications of the canvas to be stretched, such as, for example, the stiffness thereof and / or the dimensions, and / or on the design of the frame part, and in particular on the design and dimensioning of any applied shielding element of the frame part. Typically, the arc length of the maximum displacement of the access opening from the first state to the second state is greater than 0.5 cm, in particular greater than 1 cm, more particularly greater than 2 cm. However, it is also conceivable that the maximum displacement of the access opening from the first state to the second state is greater than 4 cm. In a possible embodiment variant of the device, the receiving space of at least one clamping profile comprises at least one locking cam (mountain edge) for securely receiving at least a part of the cloth to be stretched, in particular a peripheral edge of the stretched cloth. The locking cam can help prevent unwanted movement of the fabric in the accommodation space. The locking cam can also reduce the chance of unwanted removal of the cloth from the receiving space. The presence of a locking cam is particularly advantageous if the cloth to be stretched comprises a thickened peripheral edge. The thickened peripheral edge can therefore be secured in the receiving space by the locking cam. The receiving space of a clamping profile is generally slit-shaped, the receiving space usually being located between an inner wall part and an opposite outer wall part. The inner wall part is situated closer to an overlying frame part than an outer wall part. At least the inner wall part is preferably BE2019 / 5191 provided with at least one locking projection which extends in the longitudinal direction and is preferably positioned in or near the access opening. This positioning is usually favorable, since the greatest tensioning force is exerted at this location by the clamping profile on the fabric. It is preferred here that the locking cam is at least partially rounded. This prevents point loads (or line loads) on the fabric, and thus damage and weakening of the fabric. It is also possible that at least a part of the clamping profile enclosing the receiving space comprises a toothing for clamping engagement on at least a part of the cloth to be tensioned, in particular a peripheral edge of the cloth to be tensioned. The presence of a toothing in the receiving space can contribute to preventing undesired displacement of the cloth in the receiving space and / or even removal of the cloth from the receiving space. The toothing can be arranged on the inner wall part and / or the outer wall part between which the receiving space is located. The width of the accommodation space is preferably between 0.4 and 0.9 mm, in particular between 0.5 and 0.8 mm and more in particular between 0.6 and 0.7 mm. The width of the receiving space preferably corresponds substantially to the thickness of the (whether or not thickened) circumferential edge of the cloth, so that a form-fitting reception of the peripheral edge of the cloth in the receiving space can be realized. It is advantageous if the device comprises at least one second urging element for urging the clamping profile towards the first position, the second urging element engaging on the clamping profile on the one hand and on the frame part connected to the clamping profile on the other hand. This greatly facilitates the installation of a cloth (edge) in the receiving space and the removal of the cloth (or the cloth edge) from the receiving space. The prestress applied by the second urging element to the clamping profile should be (easily) overcome by the first urging element, in order to be able to (simply) move the clamping profile towards the second position. The second pressing element preferably engages on the one hand on a groove arranged in the clamping profile, and on the other hand on a projecting edge of the frame part coupled to the clamping profile. In this way a stable and durable engagement of the second pressing element on the BE2019 / 5191 frame part and the clamping profile can be realized in a simple manner. In an advantageous embodiment variant, at least one second urging element and at least one first urging element are substantially facing each other. In particular, an end face of the first pressing element, which is adapted for direct engagement with the clamping profile, faces the second pressing element. Thus, viewed from a cross-section, the second urging element is substantially aligned with the first urging element. It is conceivable here that the device comprises more first pressing elements than second pressing elements. Typically, the ratio between the number of first urging elements and the number of second urging elements is substantially equal to 1: 2. It is advantageous if the second urging element is formed by a leaf spring. Usually opposite sides, in particular longitudinal sides, of the leaf spring are clamped between the frame part and the associated clamping profile. This bias spring applied to the leaf spring will usually be permanently present, and thus in both the first state and the second state. In a preferred embodiment, each of at least second adjacent frame members comprises two opposite projecting edges between which a receiving space is formed by receiving at least part of a coupling profile for coupling the adjacent frame members. The coupling profile is typically formed by an angle profile, which may or may not be perpendicular, which can be slid into the accommodation space. One of these protruding edges can also be used for engaging the second pressing element, in particular the leaf spring, on the frame part. In an embodiment variant of the device according to the invention, the device comprises at least one light source connected to the frame, preferably an LED, in particular an LED array or LED matrix, arranged to illuminate a rear side of the cloth. The invention also relates to an assembly of a device according to the invention and at least one cloth, in particular a recie cloth, wherein the at least one cloth is stretched by the device. It is conceivable that the device stretches several fabrics simultaneously. BE2019 / 5191 The invention also relates to a kit of parts for forming at least a part of the device according to the invention, comprising: at least one frame part and / or at least one clamping profile and / or at least one first pressing element and / or at least at least one second urge element. The parts can be delivered assembled or fully decoupled. The invention furthermore relates to a method for stretching a cloth, in particular by using the device according to the invention, comprising the steps: A) applying at least a part of the cloth to be stretched, in particular at least a part of a peripheral edge of the cloth to be stretched, in a receiving space of at least one clamping profile pivotally connected to a frame part of a frame; and B) pivoting the clamping profile relative to the frame part by displacing at least one first clamping element cooperating with both the clamping profile and the frame part, such that the cloth is stretched. Advantages of the method according to the invention have already been described in detail above. Preferably, during step A), the fabric is introduced into the receiving space via an access opening connecting to the receiving space, the access opening being moved in a direction away from an opposite frame part during step B). The method preferably comprises step C), comprising coupling a plurality of frame parts to form a frame, wherein each of the multiple frame parts is provided with at least one clamping profile which is coupled pivotally to the frame part. Preferably, during step A), at least a part of the cloth to be tensioned, in particular at least a part of a peripheral edge of the cloth to be tensioned, is arranged in the receiving space of several clamping profiles, and during step B) the clamping profile can be moved simultaneously and / or sequentially with respect to the associated frame section, in such a way that the fabric is stretched in its entirety. The invention will be elucidated on the basis of non-limitative exemplary embodiments shown in the following figures. Herein shows: figure 1a shows a schematic representation of a part of a first BE2019 / 5191 embodiment variant of a device for stretching a fabric according to the invention; figure 1b shows a possible condition of the device as shown in figure 1a; Figure 1c shows an assembly of a cloth and the device as shown in Figures 1a and 1b in a second condition; figure 2a shows a perspective view of a part of a second embodiment variant of a device according to the invention; figure 2b shows the device as shown in figure 2a in combination with a cloth; figure 3 shows a schematic representation of a third embodiment variant of a device according to the invention and a cloth; figure 4 shows a schematic representation of a fourth embodiment variant of a device according to the invention and a cloth; and figure 5 shows a schematic representation of a fifth embodiment variant of a device according to the invention and several cloths. Figures 1a-c each show a schematic representation of a first embodiment variant of a device (100) for stretching a fabric (101) according to the invention. Figure 1a shows a part of the device (100) in a first state, in which a part of cloth (101) is placed in the device (100). Figure 1b shows the device (100) as shown in Figure 1a in a state between the first state and the second state. Figure 1c shows a full view of the device (100) as shown in Figures 1a and 1b, with the fabric (101) tensioned in the device (100). All figures show a cross section. Like reference numerals in Figures 1a-c refer to like or equivalent parts. Figure 1a shows part of a device (100) for stretching a cloth (101), in particular a recie cloth (101). The device (100) includes a frame (102). The frame (102) is composed of several frame parts (102a, 102b), figure 1c shows two frame parts (102a, 102b). In addition, the device (100) comprises a clamping profile (103). The clamping profile (103) encloses an access opening (105) and a receiving space (106) connecting to the access opening (105) for receiving at least a part of the cloth (101) to be tensioned. The clamping profile (103) is hingedly connected to the frame part (102). Figure 1a shows that the frame part (102) is stationary, and the clamping profile (103) is in a BE2019 / 5191 first state. In this first situation it is possible to arrange a part of the cloth (101) in the receiving space (106). The cloth (101) is here arranged in the direction indicated by the arrow via the access opening (105) in the receiving space (106) of the clamping profile (103). The direction of insertion of the fabric (101) into the receiving space (106) is angled with respect to the plane which is clamped by the fabric (101) in a fully clamped condition in the device (100). This means that in a state where the fabric (101) is fully stretched in the device (100), as shown in Figure 1c, only the part of the fabric (101) received in the receiving space (106) protrudes relative to the the fabric (101) stretched flat. The device (100) further comprises a first urging element (104) co-operating with the clamping profile (103) and arranged for urging the clamping profile (103) towards the second position. The second state is shown in Figure 1c. The urging element (104) also cooperates with the frame part (102) connected to the clamping profile (103). The clamping profile (103) is provided with an engagement element (107) adapted for engagement by the first urging element (104). The engaging element (107) and the access opening (105) are situated on either side of a pivot axis (A) defined by the clamping profile (103) and the lifting frame part (102). In the shown embodiment variant of the device (100), the frame part (102) comprises an extending hinge part (108), wherein a front side of the hinge part (108) has a rounded shape. The clamping profile (103) has a complementary shape, whereby a substantially form-retaining connection of the clamping profile (103) and the frame part (102), in particular the hinge part (103) of the frame part (102), exists. It is of course also possible that the hinged connection between the frame part (102) and the clamping profile (103) is obtained by means of a different construction. The frame part (102) comprises a shielding element (109) for shielding the receiving space (106) from the clamping profile (103) in the second state of the clamping profile (103). This shielding is partially shown in Figure 1b. A complete shielding of the receiving space (106) by the clamping profile (103) is shown in figure 1c. Due to the convenient design of the shielding element (109), the frame part (102) defines a secondary receiving space (110) for receiving a part of the clamping profile (103). The shielding of the receiving space (106) of the clamping profile (103) has the advantage of avoiding unwanted output of the fabric (101) from the receiving space (106) k # F 2019/5191 . Furthermore, the clamping profile (103) can in this way be substantially completely hidden from view, which is favorable from an aesthetic point of view. In the shown embodiment variant of the cloth (101), the cloth (101) comprises a thickened peripheral edge (101a). In particular, this thickened peripheral edge (101a) is formed by a tendon (101a). It is also the thickened peripheral edge (101a) which, in the illustrated embodiment of the device (100), is received in the receiving space (106). In order to provide a banded reception of the cloth (101), the clamping profile (103) comprises a locking cam (111). The locking cam (111) in the embodiment shown shows a projection on a part of the clamping profile (103) enclosing the receiving space (106). Figure 1b shows how the thickened peripheral edge (101a) of the cloth (101) is secured by the locking cam (111) in the receiving space (106). The device (100) further comprises a second urging element (112) for urging the clamping profile (103) towards the first position. The second urging element (112) engages on the one hand on the clamping profile (103) and on the other hand on the frame part (102). In particular, the second urging element (112) engages a groove (113) arranged in the clamping profile (103), and on a protruding edge (114) of the frame part (102). The second urging element (112) is here aligned with the first urging element (104). However, it is also possible for the second urging element (112) to engage in a groove (115) arranged in the frame part (102). The cantilever edge (114), in conjunction with a further cantilever edge (116), encloses a receiving space (117) for receiving at least a portion of a coupling profile (not shown) for coupling adjacent frame members (102). In the embodiment shown, the second urging element (112) is formed by a leaf spring (112). An advantage of using a second urging element (112) is that it is facilitated to keep the clamping profile (103) in a predetermined position relative to the frame part (102). In the embodiment shown here, the second urging element (112) holds the clamping profile (103) in the first position. This simplifies insertion of the fabric (101) into the receiving space (106) of the clamping profile (103). Figure 1b shows the device (100) as shown in Figure 1a in a state between the first state and the second state. The fabric (101), and in particular the thickened circumferential edge (101a) of the fabric (101), in the shown BE2019 / 5191 condition, is accommodated in the receiving space (106) of the clamping profile (103). The first urging element (104), in particular a front side of the first urging element (104), hereby directly engages the engaging element (107) of the clamping profile (103). The arrow shown in the figure indicates the direction in which the first urging element (104) moves relative to the stationary frame part (102). Due to the engagement of the first urging element (104) on the engaging element (107), displacement of the clamping profile (103) is also obtained. The clamping profile (103) obtains a pivoting movement due to the hinged connection to the frame part (102). The displacement of the first urging element (104) relative to the frame part (102) can be done manually. The force exerted by the second urging element (112) is opposite to the force exerted by the user on the clamping profile (103), and in particular the engaging element (107), to move the clamping profile (103) from the first position to the second state. The user will have to overcome the force imposed by the second urging element (112). This opposite force through the second urging element (112) can contribute to a controlled displacement of the clamping profile (103). If the cloth (101) is to be taken out of the device, the second urging element (112), after the temporary mutual fixation of the frame part (102) and the clamping profile (103) by the urging element (104), is released, the displacement of the initiate clamping profile (103) from the second state to the first state. In the embodiment shown, the first urging element (104) comprises an external screw thread, and is adapted to cooperate with an internally threaded passage opening arranged in the frame part (102). The first urging element (104) in the embodiment shown has a cylindrical body and is axially rotatable. Figure 1c shows a cross-sectional full view of the device (100) as shown in Figures 1a and 1b, with the fabric (101) stretched in the device (100). The figure shows two overlying profile parts (102a, 102b). Each clamping profile (103) is in the second state in figure 1c. The frame part (102) is provided with a stop surface (118) for limiting the maximum mutual displacement of the clamping profile (103) and the frame part (102). The stop surface (118) hereby limits the movement of the clamping profile (103) towards the first position. In the embodiment shown, the BE2019 / 5191 stop face (118) is formed by a side face of the cantilever edge (116) of the frame portion (102). The engaging element (107) is provided with a flattened side for substantially form-retaining engagement with the abutment surface (118). The receiving space (106) of the clamping profile (103) is substantially completely shielded in the second condition shown by the shielding element (109). The first urging element (104) has experienced maximum displacement, the first urging element (104) urging the engaging element (107) against the stop surface (118). The screw connection existing between the first pressing element (104) and the frame part (102) ensures that the clamping profile (103) can be kept in the second position. In the embodiment shown, there is a temporary fixation of the position of the clamping profile (103) relative to the frame part (102). From the states shown in figures 1a-c it can be concluded that in the first state the access opening (105) of the clamping profile (103) is located at a greater distance from the frame part (102) connected to the clamping profile than in the second state. It can also be seen from the figures that the access opening (105a, 105b) worn in by the clamping profile (103a, 103b) is located closer to an opposite frame part (102a, 102b) in the first position than in the second position. The fabric (101) is hereby stretched substantially over a single plane, so that unnecessary folds or kinks in the fabric are not obtained. Figure 2a shows a perspective view of part of a device (200) according to the invention corresponding to the device as shown in Figures 1a-c. The figure shows two frame parts (202a, 202c). The frame parts (202a, 202c) are coupled together by means of a coupling profile (220). The coupling profiles (220) are included in the receiving spaces (217a, 217c) formed by two opposite projecting edges (214a, 214c, 216a, 216c) of each frame part (202a, 202c). The coupling profile (220) is attached to the frame parts (202a, 202c) by mechanical fasteners (221). The use of a coupling profile (220) reinforces the construction of the frame (202) which is built up by the frame parts (202a, 202c), each clamping profile (203a, 203c) shown is in the first position. The receiving space (206a, 206c) of each clamping profile (203a, 203c) is slot-shaped in the embodiment shown. However, the design of the receiving space (206) can be shaped as desired and / or according to the specifications of the fabric to be incorporated herein on BE2019 / 5191 . Figure 2b shows the device (200) as shown in Figure 2a, with a cloth (201) disposed in the device (200). In particular, the cloth (201) is arranged in the receiving space (206a, 206c) of the clamping profiles (203a, 203c). The clamping profiles (203a, 203c) are still in the first state. The device (200) includes a plurality of first urging elements (not shown) for urging the clamping profile (203a, 203c) to the second state. The clamping profile (203a, 203c) is deformable. More particularly, the clamping profile (203a, 203c) is twistable in the longitudinal direction. The clamping profile (203a, 203c) is, for example, twistable relative to a longitudinally extending pivot axis. This is advantageous if the cloth (201) to be stretched is of such a large size that it is almost impossible for the user to move the clamping profile (203a, 203c) to the second position by one movement. Therefore, this can be done step by step, with the aid of several first urging elements. The twistability of the clamping profile (203a, 203c) contributes to the user-friendliness. Although the entire fabric (201) is not shown in the second, and thus stretched state, it can already be seen that the frame parts (202a, 202c) define the outer circumference of the device (200). Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of a third embodiment variant of a device (300) according to the invention and a cloth (301). The figure shows a cross section of the device (300). The device (300) comprises a frame (302) composed of a plurality of frame parts (302a, 302b). Each frame part (302a, 302b) works together with a clamping profile (303a, 303b). The clamping profile (303a, 30b) is hereby hingedly connected to the frame part (302a, 302b), just as in the figures shown earlier, wherein the clamping profile (302a, 302b) is movable between a first position, in which at least a part of the cloth (303) can be arranged in a receiving space (306a, 306b) of the clamping profile (303a, 303b), and a second state, arranged for clamping at least a part of the fabric (301). The engaging element (307a, 307b) of each clamping profile (303a, 303b) is angled relative to the portion of the clamping profile (303a, 303b) that encloses the receiving space (306a, 306b). With this embodiment variant a relatively compact device (300) can be obtained. In Figure 3, each clamping profile (303a, 303b) is in an BE2019 / 5191 intermediate state located between the first state and the second state. The peripheral edge of the fabric (301) has already been received in the receiving space (306a, 306b) of the clamping profile (303a, 303b), but the clamping profiles (303a, 303b) can undergo a further displacement whereby the fabric (301) is further stretched can be in the device (300). In the embodiment variant of the clamping profile (303a, 303b) shown, it is provided with a tooth profile (323) at the height of the receiving space (306a, 306b). The toothing (323) of the tooth profile (323) provides a clamping engagement with the portion of the fabric (301) received in the receiving space (306a, 306b). The frame members (302a, 302b) also enclose a receiving space (317) for receiving a coupling profile (not shown) for coupling adjacent frame members (302). Each frame part (302a, 302b) is provided with a stop surface (318a, 318b) for limiting the maximum mutual displacement of the clamping profile (303a, 303b) and the frame part (302a, 302b). The stop surface (318a, 318b) hereby limits the displacement of the clamping profile (103) towards the first position. The first urging element (304a, 304b) is substantially similar to the first urging elements shown in Figures 1a-c and 2a and 2b. Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of a fourth embodiment variant of a device (400) according to the invention and a cloth (401). The embodiment shown shows a frame (402) consisting of several frame parts (402a, 402b). Each frame part (402a, 402b) is connected to a clamping profile (403a, 403b). The clamping profile (403a, 403b) comprises a ball-shaped projection which is movably received in a cavity formed by the frame part (402a, 402b). The device (400) comprises a plurality of first urging elements (404a, 404b) for urging a clamping profile (403a, 403b) from the first state to the second state. In the embodiment shown, each first urging element (404a, 404b) is partly formed by a compression spring. The first pressing element (404a, 404b) is hereby axially rotatable, the leather frame part (402a, 402b) is provided with a locking member (440a, 440b) for interlocking the first pressing element (404a, 404b) and the frame part (402a, 402b) ). The device (400) also includes a plurality of stop surfaces (418a, 418b) for limiting the movement of the clamping profiles (403a, 403b). Figure 5 shows a schematic representation of a fifth embodiment variant of BE2019 / 5191, a device (500) according to the invention and two cloths (501a, 501b). The frame part (502a) is hereby arranged for cooperation with two clamping profiles (503a, 503d). With this configuration, several fabrics (501a, 501b) can be stretched in the device (500). The device (500) also comprises a plurality of second urging elements (512) for pushing the clamping profile (503a, 503b, 503d) with which the second urging element (512) interacts in the first position. The first urging elements (504a, 504b, 504d) are substantially the same as the first urging elements shown in Figures 1a-c and 2a and 2b. It will be clear that the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown and described here, but that within the scope of the appended claims there are many variants which will be obvious to the skilled person in this field.
